Service Description

Transformational Coaching refers to the practice of developing an inner understanding within the client, not so much solving a problem. If the client understands the context and their response behaviors, solutions will become clear from that understanding. To integrate the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects, I weave breath work and Reiki through these sessions. The goal is to balance the 3 aspects through growth. Sessions are conducted online, in-person, or outdoors (preferred). The time can vary from 1 - 1:30hrs. Single session - $150 Purchase a plan of 8 sessions - $960
