We spend so much time trying to find the right answer that we rarely notice how we're relating to ourselves while we're searching.
The Alignment Practice Circle is a space to slow down, ask better questions, and practice staying in relationship with yourself while life is unfolding. Through guided reflection, conversation, and simple practices, we'll explore what is already becoming true, what is asking for your participation, and how trust develops through lived experience—not perfect answers.
Come as you are. You don't need experience with meditation or energy work—only a willingness to be curious.
