I believe self-awareness is a skill - the more we practice it, the more we can be in that observer mode, as a "normal". That's what this is all about - us practicing and inspiring ourselves with self-awareness topics.

I also believe that I don't have to be the orator, the presenter, the teacher ... we're coming to this discussion as both the teachers and the students. I bring the topic and it's half-way organized and presented ... because that's just the topic and the exploration is ours to do. Together.
