Creator Playground

This 6 wk series is a practice space for us to embody creator mind-set and allow the “being-ness” to do the rest. This isn’t just a workshop (meditation experience preferred) - it’s an immersive environment where we’ll:

• Question beliefs within our current reality: gravity, time, karma, being good/bad, authority, giving-receiving, intention setting …

• Releasing resistance through breath and energy work.

• Learn tools and techniques on how to make use of our resources.

• Engage in action from energetic alignment.

• Connect with an inspiring group, learning to feel supported and support others.
