Women's Circle

Hi Ladies, 

The practice of women coming together in circle is as old as humanity itself - for good reason. It's a beautiful and very powerful practice that has no rules or structure but allows the unfolding of the moment. The point is for us to show up for each other without defenses, and allow - in that space of vulnarability and openess - to explore depths of ourselves not familiar. This can be beautiful, exciting or sometimes a bit  scrary - or all of the above.

So, we come together with no pre-planned agenda. We might have topics we want to bring to the cirlce from previous week or genereral observations but the idea is: there is no one leader running the space. We're all contributing to the circle in equal and unique ways. So, feel at home, feel you "own" the circle (as you are it), and bring-take what you want from it.
